The current wizard opens by asking whether you're building a tool for yourself or for a client. In practice, nearly every use case is building a tool for a client or audience to use. This question adds friction without adding value. Replace it with a more useful fork: something like "Need help brainstorming a tool for your audience?" vs "I already know what I want to build — let's go." The first path helps users who have a vague idea explore and shape it. The second path gets experienced builders into the workflow faster.
