As a Toolset end user, I want to customize or remove the default Brand Voice fields in my User Brain, so I can replace them with fields that actually make sense for how I use the tools.

The current default Brand Voice fields in the User Brain don't make sense for every use case. Users want the ability to override or remove them entirely. This ties into the larger Custom Fields feature — the FormWise owner should control which fields appear in the end user's profile. If we ship Custom Fields, the defaults (like Brand Voice) should either be optional or removable by the FormWise owner. Users also weren't aware Custom Fields existed, which is a marketing/onboarding gap on our side.
