As a FormWise builder, I want to add custom icons to my tools so they're visually distinct in the dashboard and in Toolsets, and I'd love an option to auto-generate one so I don't need to source icons myself.

Tools currently lack custom icon support. Add the ability to upload a custom icon or generate one directly in FormWise. The generated icon should be a transparent-background PNG, with a clean 3D or illustrative style — something polished enough to look good in a branded Toolset without requiring design skills.
