This is a feature in other AI tools (especially ones for copywriting that use a base "input" for use within various copywriting prompts).
For example, if we have a tool that has 5 prompt questions to create "The Target Market Avatar"
and then create several other tools that really would just need to be told to refer to @customeravatar1
it would be so much of a time saver vs people having to re-enter the same info again multiple times in the future if they want to revisit a tool for offer creation ideas, social media post ideas etc.
I know we can currently prompt chain for a current entry but this is more for "calling back" to entries of the past they may want to save. Especially if the inputs start getting past 5-7 with fairly good detailed entries.
The simplest way I could see this tool working would be to allow Tool #1 (base tool) to send the user's input fields via webhook to HighLevel, Wordpress etc.
This information then could be stored in the CRM for the contact.
Then Tool #2, Tool #3, etc. could potentially also have a webhook (assuming a direct API call cant be done) to retrieve the stored data from Tool #1.
If no data exists for Tool #1 when the user arrives, they could then be prompted to first complete the entry for Tool #1.
And then any subsequent entry to Tool #1 would overwrite the "Customer Avatar" or whatever the tool's input fields were that are stored in that contact.
One concern would be that the user would have to be logged in for this to work, so perhaps the MVP of this would just be to store the input fields in a cookie etc so at least while that user remains within FormWise's site during that session they can continue to use multiple tools (perhaps in a category) without having to constantly re-enter the same base information in multiple tools.
