Bug fixes!

This update contains a few important fixes

Codeblocks will be fixed (flashing as well as too many events due to code formatting css)
Playground settings for all engines
Fix for empty prompts, if there are no question IDs in the prompt, it will continue the chain and no longer fail
Fix for totally empty prompts, if there is a totally empty prompt, it will fail immediately before submission
